My Lovely Sister
the rain soon comes
be not afraid
He has long been aware
of choices you've made
The Father loves you so much
and round that bend in the road
there is shelter from the storm
all you have 2 do
is learn 2 walk
now
the 1st step is bound 2 cause some pain
4 some take comfort in darkened cells
where tortured souls remain
but right now
take all the time you need
you see
there is a journey about to start
and you're about 2 take
a walk
and walk you shall My Sister
even when the night feels like 40 days
you're gonna walk
right past all the times you've felt betrayed
you're gonna walk
we are right there with you
you will not face this alone
you're gonna walk
because you are an Angel
with the direct number 2 God's telephone
so remember
when your feet are tired
and your legs are begging 2 stop
when your throat is parched
and cancerous demons attempt 2 invade your soul
forcing you 2 drop
when your eyes
have no tears left
2 cry
Jesus will be right there
so
forget about tomorrow
my Dear Sister
come here right away
look outside the window
see, it's such a lovely day
and I know you're sho nuff ready
2 take a walk
I love you Sis..I apologize
4 my tears staining the computer screen
but know they are tears of hope and joy
I thank you 4 all you mean 2 me
May God Bless you now and forever..your Brother, D'ee
