    ROLL CALL (SACRED FIYA)

    Roll

    FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!

BROTHA D'EE IS ON THE MIC, STAND CLEAR

    ALL PLANES LAND NOW

I'M GONNA LIGHT UP THE STRATOSPHERE!!!

    So

    In-too-it

    Eye

    submit

    when I'm through

    put vodka in a flask-ka

    go to Alaska

    melt some Igloos

    Wednesday nights

    I BLAZE THE MIC

    my soul

    controlled

    fiya in the hole

    my hype

    take flight

    I scorch

    4 sport

    big dog game

    brotha, stay on the porch

    D'ee leave you missin'

    mission

    abort

    roll up

    in court

    torque

    my torts

    go back home

    an write a full report

    It's like this

you have the right  remain silent

    placid

    flaccid

    rhymes make me feel violent

    Hangin' with Rain

    my aim

    insane

    got smoke pourin' from

    my mem-brain

    my brother Bond

    back 2 back

    like a stack

    of napalm

    I go

    2 the Alamo

    never late

    4 a show

    drop rhymes

    behind

    the line

    like I'm Reggie Miller

    say what up 2 fam

    on STRAIGHT SPITTIN' NO FILLER

    blast

    4 the cast

    on Saturday nights

    POETICALLY SPOKEN

    know brotha D'ee

    from Philly

    gonna destroy the Mic

    Carefully inject

    my rhymes with passion

    no ration

    just spyt

when the M.C. call my name people say

    "this is it"

    hide the wives and babies

    while ya at it

    my electricity is static

rhymes flow down from my attic

    I'm an addict

Fellas, please hide all the ladies

    Brotha D'ee

    is hot like Hades

    when I finish this rhyme

I might wanna make a baby

    legit

    intimately

    if it's all the same

    I refrain

    from game

    don't vary

only one child from the femme

    I once married

    Sister Poco

    know

    when I go

    Loco

    I possess verbs like voodoo

    my recite

    so tight

    it flow

    right

    through

    you

    D'ee Original

    no imitation

    quite literate

    with my alliterations

    people always ask

    where I find the inspiration

    It's no secret

    I confess to y'all

    peep my lving room wall

    respect the ROLL CALL

    Why

    do I

    have so much poise?

    it's simple

    W.E.B. DUBOIS

    I own my words

    no lease, no rent

    the TALENTED TENTH

    I represent

    Scholarship, propaganda, intergration

    self-respect, self-determination

    human rights

    take the fight

    to the United Black Nation

    I'm a separatist

    from

    the Ray-Cysts

    like W.E.B. my intersts vary

    Reparation

    Expatriation

    Third World Solidarity

    SMOKIN' THIS RHYME

    LIKE A PACK OF PALL-MALL'S

    REFLECT

    RESPECT

WHEN I PEEP MY ROLL CALL

    "X"

    marks the spot

    with this lyrical Lamaze

    all respect due to

    EL HAJJ MALIK EL-SHABAZZ

I'm not a minister like Malcolm

    but I take MEN-AND-STIR

    get the black conscience up

tell 'em only pussy cats purr

    When Malcolm

    would enumerate

    wasn't no debate

black folks can't be the hate

    that hate creates

Malcolm said human rights was the real struggle

    if the right is civil

we remain in a white bubble

    He  wasn't immune

    from  stirring up some trouble

If America is a White House

    deconstruct

    reconstruct

a new house from the rubble

    Do I idolize Brother Macolm

    oh yes, very

'cuz I made myself a man

    BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY

    I RHYME SO SICK

    HATER GET SEIZURES

    GRAND MAL

    PEEP MY WALL

    REFLECT ON MY ROLL CALL

    Burnin' and Lootin'

    YO!!! THEY SHOOTIN!!

yeah Nas, I made 'em look

    COULD YOU BE LOVED

    was the Tuff Gong hook

    I'm chillin'

    sippin' imported barley

paying respect to the Buffalo soldier

    ROBERT NESTA MARLEY

    A son

    of the Caribbean

    just like me

He led me on an EXODUS

    so I could see

    THE MOVEMENT OF JAH PEOPLE

    I, Brotha D'ee

    Rasta-fy

    Identify

    Testify

    for I and I

    NO WOMAN, NO CRY

    Pry

    when I'm high

    the Gem-n-eye

     I say bye-bye

    sing  REDEMPTION SONGS

    on the day I die

    I believe in ONE LOVE

    so please excuse me

    I SHOT THE SHERIFF

    not the deputy

    LIKE A FOREST FIRE

    I CAN'T BE FORESTALLED

    WHEN I PEEP MY WALL

    AND RESPECT THE ROLL CALL

    From Akebulan

    this is

    THE MAN

    I fast during Ramadan

    Sunni Islam

    ALL PRAISE TO HIS NAME

    PEACE BE UPON IT

    live from Mecca

    THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD

"Keep up prayer from the declining sun,

to the darkness of the night.

    And the morning recitation."

"Be firm in the knowledge among them."

    but don't sin

"As a believer believe in what is revealed."

    Don't court Satan

    no appeal

    sword and shield

    "Evil generation suffer your fate."

"All believers pay the poor rate."

    Yeah, Brother D'ee

    mind like a CEE-DEE ROM

    one fist in the air

    one hand on the KORAN

    NEVER CAN I FALL

WHEN I PAY RESPECT TO ALL

    PEEP MY WALL

PAY RESPECT TO THE ROLL CALL

    Last but not least,

    not the least bereft,

    YESHUA BAR YA-HO-SEF

    Joshua, GOD'S SON

    THE ANOINTED ONE

    His real name in life

    perhaps y'all know Him

    as JESUS THE CHRIST

    The Christian symbol

    the fish

    not a dish

    representing the end of time

    gonna go

    real slow

so you can catch this rhyme

    The stars are the map

Pisces, last sign of the Zodiac

    from a black, sinful earth

    to the Light

    the Birth of the Christ

The Christain Symbol is the fish

    in Hebrew it's spelled NUN

the symbol for the NUN is 50

    which represents SPIRITUAL FULFILLMENT

    and RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

    Yeah!

    I raise up

    praise up

    never do I graze up

    when I gaze up

    to the sky

    my spirit do fly

    my flow

    stop the show

    I bestow

    to the Anglo

    my Black glow

    Hell Below

    is for the black crow

    infiltrating

    perpetrating

    running to and fro

    Sister Midnite Love

    hello

    one of your favorite phrases

    I rememeber it well.

    "What the Hell!"

    YEAH, THAT'S WHAT THEY FITTIN'

    TO GETTIN'

    BLACK BLOOD LETTIN

    BLACK BLOOD SPILL

    KILL

    FOR THE THRILL

    no plateau

    Brotha D'ee just grows

    never an ameteur

    always been a pro

    Hold up

    raise my cup

    What's up

    Momma O!

    Brotha D'ee

    always be proud and prim

    equal measure brown sugar

    vinegar and sin-a-men

    I willl defend

    until the end

    with the words

    adjectives, nouns and verbs

    that I entomb

    been bad since the womb

    haters scattered around

I sweep 'em like a broom

    all dark meat  no gristle

    exercise my mind

    blast off

    cast offs

    with my Exocet Missile

    YOU WANNA KNOW THE REASON

    BROTHA D'EE DON'T CRAWL

    STAND TALL

WHEN I PEEP MY LIVING ROOM WALL

    I RESPECT THE ROLL CALL
