One Breath
stirs the Griot's phrasing
beneath Shadow cast by Pan's moonlight flight
sifting through space
occupied by remembrance
to my trembling knees
do I fall
slave to the Night
A murmur tender as summer breeze
stirs parchment stained
with my pointless prose
Lover
do not awake
I do not seek thee
hum gentle refrain 2 my death repose
On Hallowed Ground
I proclaim thy Heat Broken
in haste
buried by calloused hand
Tis
moment I speak of thoughts
that shame me
your innocence lost by
mine senseless demands
Not silken word uttered
nor faultless rendition
shall reclaim a lover's Locket
ripped from thy throat
upon stagnant pool of hopeless envy
thy dream of love sink slowly
yet
thy locket floats
One Breath
to stir hearts cloaked in Darkness
swiftly
by dawn
does trust depart
permit a silent scream
within my Den of Iniquity
for the Lover whom I hath
scorned
with idelicate remarks
