    BY MORNING'S BLESSING

And I shall depart by morning's blessing
As souls cast upon jagged rocks of chance
    Know not what lies therin
    My soul renders not purity
4 poisoned it has been by evil intent
What have I 2 offer but a brittle blossum
Offending the very essence of my tortured existence
Allow those who accuse me 2 enter
4 prostrate I am upon their altar of sacrifice
What have I purpose of a body
    Neglected by the gods
Tossed with glee into the malestrom of mayhem
    So stubborn was I
    Yet debased of character
4 what is money but waxen wings
Eager 2 embrace the afternoon sun
    What is popularity but
An accidental curse of public folly
What endures then that I shall
Not cleave when fate calls upon
    My wanton vritue
It seems even you my darling sister
    Was fooled by the man
    Whom you adore
    An adoration needed 2 stoke
    His youthful innocence
    Now wasted like sumptous buffet
Of the monied class while poor mouths bleed
A man but once I shall be
And whatever remains of my mottled flesh
    Must
    Depart by morning's blessing
2 save you the shame of explaination
Do not weep 4 the man you witness
    Before you
I do not desreve the salt of your tears
I have offended thy family honor
    With a foolish contempt
I pray thee forgive the transgression
Yet allow destiny 2 crucify the shell
    Of the hapless mortal
    You have loved unconditionally
    Upon our families honor
    I fall
    Now depart my sister
Allow the mob 2 have their way
You must live 4 all that is good
4 all that remains of our family name
Come all and seek your vengeance!!!
4 it is now upon eve of my birth
    I concede 2 your demand
And if unfortunate 2 be left
With breath erroneously bestowed by the spirits
    Shall depart by morning's blessing
    2 a place I know not
2 search 4 landfall I shall never find
And 4 a love I shall never seek
