A sunkissed morning
Wakes from a tryst
With cool October skies
Wispering to the Dawn
Please awaken
Bonfires of Vanity
Produce embers resembling fireflies
As they dance with the Astral Spirit
Of Native American Summer
And the wind
Through the eves
Produces a melody
The piper weaves
Into his own
Day dreams awaken
Greeting the day
With sleepy eyes
As a smokey mist settles
Over the Mews
Tthe vestal virgins
Prance to the rhythm
Made when delicate feet
Touch soft grass wet
With morning dew
And the wind
Through the eves
Produces a melody
The piper weaves
Into his own
Bagpipes and blue jeans
Soft beats and butterscotch cremes
Sweeten the aftertaste
Of remembrance
Listening 2 the harmony
Of children waking
To begin the day
As the cream and coffee
Show the path to intergration
And the wind
Through the eves
Produces a melody
The piper weaves
Into his own
In awe of Her Majesty
Mother Earth smoothes her gown
And adjusts her Crown
As she prepares to greet
Her devoted subjects
The Knights of the Templar
Stand at attention
When she passes by
As the Watcher
Summons the Earth Maidens
And the wind
Through the eves
Produces a melody
The piper weaves
Into his own
